Every coach, teacher, and freelancer we talked to had the same ritual: a client says "let's find a time", and then begins the email chain. Three suggested slots. A counter-offer. A timezone mixup. A calendar invite that never arrives. For something that happens dozens of times a month, scheduling has stayed strangely manual.
Schedulera is our answer: claim your link at schedulera.com/yourname, set your hours once, and let anyone book you instantly. No accounts for your clients, no back-and-forth, no double bookings.
What it does today
- •A personal booking page with your photo, bio, brand color, and session types.
- •Real availability: connect Google Calendar or any iCal feed and busy times block themselves.
- •Confirmations, reminders, and self-service reschedule or cancel links for every booking.
- •Reviews collected automatically after sessions, published only with your approval.
- •A contact list that builds itself from everyone who books you.
Why free
The current version of Schedulera is free. We want the default tool for taking bookings to be something you can recommend to a colleague without a pricing-page asterisk. The plan is simple: make it genuinely good, grow with the people using it, and keep the core free.
What's next
The roadmap is driven by what working professionals actually run into: recurring sessions for students who come back weekly, teams so a studio or school can put all its teachers on one page, and smarter tools for staying in touch with your clients. Some of this has already shipped since launch; the changelog keeps the receipts.
One link, anyone books you. Everything else is our problem, not yours.
Claim your page, put the link in your bio, and tell us what we should build next. We read every reply.
