Automated reminders
Every booking comes with confirmations, reminders, and self-service reschedule links built in. The empty slot at 3pm stops happening, and you never sent a single chase email.
01
Booking confirmed
Both sides get an instant confirmation with the session details, a calendar invite, and a Meet link for virtual sessions.
02
Reminder before the session
An automatic email reminder goes out ahead of the session, so it is top of mind without you chasing anyone.
03
Changes stay self-service
Every reminder carries reschedule and cancel links. A client who cannot make it moves the session instead of vanishing.
04
Review request after
When the session ends, the client is invited to leave a review. You approve which ones appear on your page.
Reminders work hand in hand with calendar sync and session types. For the strategy side, read meeting reminder automation.
On by default, free forever
There is nothing to configure. Claim your page and every booking ships with the full confirmation, reminder, and review loop.
Get started freeDo I have to set reminders up?
No. Reminders are part of every booking automatically. Create your page, take a booking, and the emails handle themselves.
Do reminders really reduce no-shows?
Yes, and it is the cheapest fix that exists. Most no-shows are forgetfulness plus the awkwardness of cancelling late. A reminder with a reschedule link removes both.
What happens when a client reschedules from a reminder?
The old slot reopens on your page, the new one is confirmed, both calendars update, and you get notified. Nobody writes an email.
Are reminders free?
Yes. Reminders, confirmations, and review requests are all included in the current free version of Schedulera.
