Yes, completely. You can create your booking page, accept unlimited bookings, run scheduling polls, set up a team, and sync with Google Calendar without paying anything. There is no paid tier and no feature held back behind an upgrade.
You can set a price on any session type and it is shown on your booking page, so clients know what a session costs before they book. Collecting the payment is still up to you for now, however you already take money. Built-in payment collection is coming.
Schedulera gives you one personal page that combines free and priced sessions. You can list a free 15-minute intro next to a 60-minute deep dive with a price on it, on the same link. Calendly puts a second event type behind a paid plan; Schedulera does not have a paid plan at all.
Yes. Schedulera syncs with Google Calendar in real time. When someone books you, the event lands on your calendar. When your calendar is busy, Schedulera hides those slots from your booking page.
No. Guests can book a Schedulera host without an account. They just enter their name, email, and pick a time. Accounts are only required for the person hosting the bookings.
Open the Settings page in your dashboard and edit the slug field. Your booking page URL is schedulera.com/yourname, where yourname is whatever slug you choose.
